Blue Mooooon Shakes
- Whole milk Greek plain yogurt
- Frozen wild blueberries
- Organic, pasture-fed, local, whole milk
- Ripe bananas (not green)
- Ground flax seed
- Organic/local honey
Vary the amounts to your liking. You can freeze the yogurt to make the consistency more like a milkshake. The trick here is to combine frozen fruit with fresh to make it thicker.
